“On Monday morning, July 20, 2015, I brought my black 2015 Acura MDX into Mobile Reflections to get it detailed. As we all know black shows everything and I am fussy. The MDX had a lot of swirls and scratches on it, none of which where my doing (that is another story). I was at a loss as to what could be done to fix this. Mobile Reflections was highly recommended to me by a fellow named Troy. I only have one vehicle and Jed looked after getting me home and back to get the MDX later in the day. So upon arriving at the shop the evening of July 20th, I noticed the MDX was parked in the direct sun. Jed was not afraid to do this. Wow, I could not believe how great it looked...AWESOME! I did not wash it for a couple of weeks. Old school I guess, just letting the work cure, and we had some ugly rainy weather in Calgary as well. On Monday, August 10, it was time to wash it. Made sure to get the proper items to wash, a microfiber mitt, and microfiber towels to dry. The result was AWESOME.

Jed was absolutely amazing at looking after this vehicle. He is the consummate professional and knows his stuff. Stan and Sheldon, who work with him, are great as well. This is how a customer should be treated.
